Late invoices may incur fees after 30 days.

Failure to pay will result in suspension of future services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
If Task Mate must cancel due to emergencies or unforeseen conflicts, we will reschedule as soon as possible.

7. Confidentiality

Task Mate respects your privacy and treats all sensitive information—digital or physical—with confidentiality.
We do not share client information except as required by law or with your explicit permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

Task Mate is not responsible for:

Task Mate does not perform:

Hazardous tasks or transport of hazardous items
